Color Lab cares about our customers and wants everyone to be happy. There are a few policies that must be listed to offer a fun and relaxing experience for everyone. Please take a moment to read our policies.

sales & payment

We aim to keep our pricing transparent and upfront, so to avoid any surprises, we kindly take payment before starting your project.

By selecting any additional paint/items marked with a price, you acknowledge and agree to the associated charges.

Pick up & hold time

Art pieces need at least 24 hours to dry.

It is your responsibility to schedule for pick up time, if any listed time does not work for you, please call/text at 3125233933 to work out a pick up time.

Please inspect your pieces upon pick up, the studio will not be responsible for any damage after you leave the studio with your items.

If you’re in a hurry to pick up your items, please let us know before starting the project so we can move forward with the best plan of action.

Shipping fees

Shipping will be $20 for two pieces shipped to the same address.

All pieces will be shipped out the following Monday after your session.

Returns & refunds

If there is an issue with a piece we would be happy to help with whatever it may be on an individual basis.

We do not offer refunds based on personal preferences after the work is completed.

If you’re extremely unhappy with your piece then we kindly ask you to bring it back to the store and will offer a refund.

Food & drinks & smoking

We are BYOB! However we do ask that you drink discreetly and responsibly.

While the paints we use are non-toxic, food consumption is not allowed in the studio to prevent accidental ingestion of any materials.

Vaping is not allowed in our studio, due to public health concerns and regulations aimed at protecting both users and non-users from potential harm.
