We provide aprons to help protect your clothes, but paint accidents can still happen!
Please note that paint may not wash out of certain fabrics. We recommend wearing clothes you don’t mind getting messy. Our studio is not responsible for paint on clothing.

The $15 deposit is credited toward each attending guest and is non-transferable. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before your reserved time are not eligible for refund.

We offer a 10-minute grace period. After that, seating will depend on availability. Late shows and no shows are considered cancelled sessions and not eligible for refund.

To ensure everyone has enough space to enjoy the painting experience comfortably, one spot is assigned to each person. Extra seating might not be available, tables may be shared with fellow artists.

We aim to keep our pricing transparent and upfront, to avoid any surprises, we will take payment before starting your project.

For safety reasons, children under the age of 10 may not handle paint on their own. An adult must stay with them at all times to supervise and help during painting activities.

Items will be available for picked up after 24 hours. The studio will hold your items for 3 weeks. We can’t guarantee it’ll still be here after that.

If you’re in a hurry to pick up your items, please let us know before starting the project so we can move forward with the best plan of action.

Studio is not liable for damages occurring due to picking up too early.

Please inspect your pieces upon pick up, and refer to returns & refunds if you’re unhappy with your item.

Shipping will be $20 for up to 4 pieces shipped to the same address. (under 33 CM)

For bigger pieces please inquire first.

All pieces will be shipped out the following Tuesday after your session.

We are BYOB! However we do ask that you drink discreetly and responsibly.

While the paints we use are non-toxic, food consumption is not allowed in the studio to prevent accidental ingestion of any materials.

Vaping is not allowed in our studio, due to public health concerns and regulations aimed at protecting both users and non-users from potential harm.

If there is an issue with a piece we would be happy to help with whatever it may be on an individual basis.

We do not offer refunds based on personal preferences after the work is completed.

If you’re extremely unhappy with your piece then we kindly ask you to bring it back to the store and will offer a refund.
